Easter!
Rolled into the WJ and Beckett rocked the seersucker blazer for his cousin William's blessing. Yea cute Easter outfits!
Go Jazz Go!
We just got back from a trip to Utah and Beckett had a wonderful time. Well, actually we got back a week and a half ago, but, yea. Anyway, while there we went to the Jazz game against the L.A. Clippers. Beckett had a spectacular time, jumping on the chairs the whole time and screaming "basetball!!!!" "shoot!" and "defense" along with everyone else.
And well, we dressed Beckett up in his new Kyle Korver jersey and stood in front of our bronzed heroes. Happily for us, but sadly for you, Beckett wouldn't chill out for more than ten seconds while at the game, so no more pictures of him while in the arena.

The Mouse Betrayed
Dawnell and I aren't the only ones who are excited about having another little dude around. Beckett's pumped that he'll be known as a big brother.
Anyway, on to a fun story, Dawnell and I aren't big fans of the Disney Corporation, although I must admit to being an addict of their fully-owned subsidiary ESPN in all of its forms, be it TV, internet, magazine, radio, or podcast. Beckett isn't much of a fan either, as these pictures below demonstrate. As background, it should be explained that, although we are not fans of Disney, we are fans of Costco, and the Costco chicken nuggets (in Disney mousehead shape) were the best deal at the store. And so we bought the Disney nuggets for our little dude. Which he has proceeded to eat in a very unusual fashion.

Need a closer look at that? Yep, that's right, Beckett has proceeded to eat off all of the mouse ears, leaving behind the rest of the nugget.

Doubling Down
We've already told some people this news, but Dawnell wanted to wait until she could tell some friends in person, so we're blognouncing this a little later than we had planned.
E.T.A. July 30, 2009. We had a girl's name picked out, but alas it was not meant to be. I think we'll be keeping the pregnancy updates to a minimum, but there should still be plenty of Beckett pictures to post, especially since the weather is supposed to be nicer one of these days.
